Garage and basement cleanouts are available for agreed household items. Estate-property requests are reviewed by room, item list, access and overall size before a scope is accepted. Set aside documents, valuables and everything you want to keep before the removal visit.
Can you clear out a rental and repair or paint it afterward?+
Yes. Request a rental-property or move-out cleanout together with a handyman repair and painting list. Removal, wall patches, door and trim repairs, and repainting are estimated as separate parts of the work so you can choose what to include.
